Ärge nõustuge kahtlaste tagatis- ja ettemaksudega. Kahtluste korral ärge kartke täpsustada üksikasju, küsige müüdava tehnika lisafotosid ja dokumente, kontrollige dokumentide ehtsust, esitage lisaküsimusi.
See on kõige levinum petmise viis. Ebaausad müüjad võivad küsida teatud ettemaksusummat, et „broneerida“ teile tehnika ostmise õigus. Sel moel võivad petised koguda suure rahasumma ja seejärel kaduda, nii et nendega pole enam võimalik ühendust võtta.

- Olge tähelepanelikud, kelmid võivad esineda tuntud ettevõtete nimel, tehes ettevõtte nimes väikeseid muudatusi. Ärge kandke raha üle, kui ettevõtte nimi tekitab kahtlusi.
- Oma pangarekvisiitide märkimine reaalse ettevõtte nimel esitatud arvele
- Enne ülekande tegemist kontrollige, kas arvele märgitud pangarekvisiidid on õiged ja kuuluvad vastavale ettevõttele.

This means the item has been completely disassembled, cleaned and inspected for wear and breakage. All worn and/or non-functioning parts have been replaced with brand new or refurbished components. In its functioning, the part corresponds to a new part and cannot be distinguished from a new part.

Please note the following conditions:
The seller is an entrepreneur in the sense of § 14 BGB.
The seller sells the part to bidders who are entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code) under exclusion of any warranty. However, this exclusion does not apply to claims for damages arising from liability for material defects based on negligent or intentional breach of an obligation on the part of the seller, nor does it apply to bodily injury.
If the bidder is a consumer within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the seller shall be liable for the material defects that existed at the time of purchase in accordance with the statutory provisions on liability for defects. The liability of the seller shall be limited to one year. However, this limitation shall not apply to claims for damages based on negligent or intentional breach of the seller's obligations or in the event of bodily injury.
